Mr. Aquilina has served as an Executive Partner, a senior operating consultant role, to SAC PCG, since 2007. Previously, he served as an Industrial Partner at Ripplewood Holdings LLC (“Ripplewood”), held the role of Co- Chairman of Flag Telecom Group Ltd. and was a board member of Japan Telecom Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Aquilina was a senior operating executive of AT&T, Inc. with a 21-year career. His last post at AT&Twas as Co- President of AT&T Consumer Services and a member of the Chairman’s Operating Group. Previously within AT&T, Mr. Aquilina held a variety of senior positions including President of Europe, Middle East & Africa, Vice Chairman of AT&T Unisource, Vice Chairman ofWorldPartners, Chairman of AT&T-UK, and General Manager of Global Data Services. Mr. Aquilina holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art in New York (“Cooper Union”). Mr. Aquilina has been a Member of Cooper Union’s Board of Trustees since 2000 and is currently chairing Cooper Union’s audit committee.
Mr Kumar is the co-founder, Group Vice Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of CBaySystems. He is responsible for devising
CBay's overall global business model, strategy and management. Under
his leadership and guidance, the Company has had a meteoric rise to
become the largest healthcare transcription technology and services
company in the USA and the largest healthcare BPO Company in India.
Some of his significant successes include the various business acquisitions
in the US and India, launching of CBay's wide range of innovative
solutions, creating greater operational efficiencies, managing a multinational
and multicultural work force, and most importantly helping CBay to
be ranked among the top technology companies in the US by Deloitte,
Forbes.com, Healthcare Informatics and Inc magazines.
Mr. Kumar has 23 years’ experience in managing public and private
sector companies. Mr. Kumar started his career in the Indian Revenue
Service in 1984, before leaving in 1991 to join the private sector.
Prior to founding CBaySystems, Mr. Kumar worked as a Senior Vice President
(International Trade Finance and Marketing) at the Essar Group.
Mr. Seedman is the founder of Seedman and Associates,
a private equity firm. He has more than 30 years of senior executive
management, leadership and technological innovation expertise and
experience. Mr. Seedman was previously an Industrial Partner with
Ripplewood, where he served on the D&M Holdings Inc. board of
directors. He began his affiliation with Ripplewood as an Industrial
Partner with Western Multiplex Corp. (acquired by Proxim Corporation),
where he served on its board of directors. Before his association
with Ripplewood, Mr. Seedman was the founder and Chairman of Entrega
Technologies (acquired by Xircom), a computer peripheral design
and manufacturer. Mr. Seedman was Vice President and General Manager
of U.S. Robotics’ Personal Communications Division (acquired
by 3Com Corporation). Prior to US Robotics, Mr. Seedman served as
President and Chief Executive Officer of Practical Peripherals,
which he founded in 1981 and later sold to Hayes
Microcomputer, Inc. Mr. Seedman currently serves on the boards of
directors of Revenew Systems, Inc., Cleversafe Inc., and LS Research,
LLC. His previous board affiliations have been with both public
and private boards. Mr. Seedman has served as an Executive Partner,
a senior operating consultant role, to SAC PCG since 2007.
Mr. Habermacher is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Habconsult AG, a financial consultancy company to international institutional customers. Prior to founding Habconsult AG, Mr. Habermacher served as a central director of HSBC Republic Bank Zurich and as a principal director of American Express Bank, Switzerland.
Mr. McLachlan has held directorships at various UK and international public and private companies. He has held leadership roles at companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Boehringer Mannheim, Mackie Plc and Saliva Diagnostic Systems Inc. He is also the founder and Chairman of the consulting firm McLachlan & Associates. He is a qualified accountant in Scotland and the Netherlands.
Mr. Kabra is the founder and a director of Strategic Ventures Fund (Mauritius) Limited (“Strategic Ventures”) and India Industrtial Growth Fund, both Mauritius-based private equity companies. Strategic Ventures has invested in CBaySystems. Prior to forming Strategic Ventures he worked for five years for ABN AMRO Securities.
Mr. Baker is a Managing Director and co-founder of SAC PCG. Prior to establishing SAC PCG in 2007, Mr. Baker was a Managing Director at Ripplewood and RHJ International where he was responsible for making various private equity investments and taking RHJ International public on the Brussels Stock Exchange. He joined Ripplewood’s New York office in 1999 and transferred to Ripplewood Japan, Inc. in 2002. Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Baker spent more than three years in investment banking as an Associate at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in the Capital Markets Group and as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Baker has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Berger is a Managing Director and co-founder of SAC PCG. From 1995-1998 and 2000-2006, Mr. Berger was a founding member of Ripplewood and served as both a Managing Director of Ripplewood and as a Special Senior Advisor to the Board of RHJ International. Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Berger was a senior partner and global head of the Corporate Finance Group at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he began his career in 1974. From 1989-1991, he served as a Managing Director in investment banking at Bear Stearns Companies. From 1999-2000, Mr. Berger was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mediacom Ventures LLC, a boutique investment advisory firm. He also served as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., a management consulting company. Mr. Berger has a B.Sc. from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Hendren is a Managing Director and co-founder
of SAC PCG. Prior to establishing SAC PCG in 2007, Mr. Hendren was
aManaging Director at Ripplewood/RHJ International where hewas responsible
for making various private equity investments and taking RHJ International
public on the Brussels Stock Exchange. Before joining Ripplewood/RHJ
International, Mr. Hendren was a member of Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s
merger department from 1989-1997 and from 1981-1988, Mr. Hendren held
various positions at Georgia Pacific Corp. Mr. Hendren has a B.Sc.
with honors in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and
an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Gilmore is a former senior executive of Motorola,
Inc. (“Motorola”), having spent 30 years at Motorola after
joining the firm in 1970 as an engineer. He held numerous senior management
positions including Executive Vice President and President of the
Land Mobile Products Sector; Executive Vice President and President
for Europe, Middle East, and Africa; and Executive Vice President
and President of the Communications Enterprise. Mr. Gilmore held executive
positions in the telecommunications businesses before retiring in
2000. Mr. Gilmore has
served as an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood. He is President of
LKR Technology Partners, LLC and a director of Revenew Systems, LLC.
He was previously a member of the Proxim Corp., Japan Telecom, Inc.,
and Mediabolic, Inc. Boards of Directors and the Chairman of the Board
and a representative officer of D&M Holdings Inc. from March 2003
until July 2006.
Mr Nolan, aged 49, is currently Executive Vice President and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Royal Philips. His role includes the identification and selection of acquisition opportunities along with deal negotiation and capital structuring. He also has non-executive experience, including previous directorships at Navteq Inc., the digital mapping and navigation company and SHL Telemedicine Ltd., the IT-based healthcare company. Mr Nolan became a Barrister after having graduated in Law from Oxford University, UK in 1983. He also gained an MBA from INSEAD, France, in 1990. Mr. Nolan joined Philips, at its headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 2000, prior to which he held Merger and Acquisition roles at companies including Credit Commercial de France, Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants and Rabobank International.

Mr. Swoger served as a Senior Vice President of DeVilbiss Air Power Company (Pentair) from 2001-2003. He also held the position of Vice President of Business Development of Pentair Tools Group in 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Swoger held executive positions in Sanford Corporation and Kohler International Ltd.Mr. Swoger has served as a senior operating consultant to SAC PCG since 2007.

Mr. Foley is President of CBay Systems and Services Inc. and possesses 20 years of senior executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining CBay Systems in 2003, Mr. Foley was Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Priam, LLC, a global resource and technology leveraged consolidator in the medical industry, he served as Chief Operating Officer of IR, Inc., a leading healthcare business process outsourcer. Prior to IR, he served as Vice President of publicly held MedQuist Inc., the largest provider of heath care documentation services. Founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of C. Foley & Associates, Inc., a communications consulting and technology provider, and he began his career in senior executive management at publicly traded Lanier Worldwide, a leading global office technologies company. Mr. Foley's education includes an MBA and B.S. in Marketing. Mr. Foley serves on the board of directors to CBay's technology partner, Arrendale Associates. Mr Foley also serves on the Gerson Lehrman Group Counsels as an expert consultant for business & investment leaders in North America, Asia, and Europe.

As Director and COO of CBay's Indian operations,
Mr. Kumar oversees the strategy and lends direction to the central
backend operations of the company. His drive and leadership are
primarily instrumental for the smooth implementation of CBay India's
policies and programs. Mr. Kumar is the force behind the Company's
exponential growth since inception. Prior to joining CBay, Mr. Kumar,
served as Joint General Manager, with the Essar Group and Associated
Cement Companies.
Mr. Kumar brings on board more than 18 years of experience in project
management, finance and corporate relations and has a bachelor's
degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and Master in Management
Studies in finance from Bombay University.

Mr. Sudhir is responsible for CBaySystems’s financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations. Mr. Sudhir oversees CBaySystems’s finance, tax, treasury and investor relations. He has experience in the field of finance, accounting, audit and advisory services. Prior to joining CBaySystems, Mr. Sudhir was a Senior Partner of Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, a reputed firm of chartered accountants in Mumbai.

Mr. Nambiar joined CBay in 2004 as Chief Technology Officer and brings more than 15 years of experience in the IT software industry to his role. He possesses vast experienced in managing large software engineering projects and leading teams of software engineers and managers to deliver high quality products and services to worldwide customers. Mr. Nambiar previously served as Director of Engineering for the global telecom leader Avaya where he built and operated an offshore development center in India. Prior to this, he served as Engineering Manager at Legato Systems as well as spent more than eight years in various software engineering roles. He holds a B.E in Computer Engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Mr. Kimball joined CBay in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and brings 22 years of sales and marketing management experience in the Healthcare/Information Technology market. Prior to CBay, Mr. Kimball was Vice President of Sales East, at Total eMed/EDiX. He was responsible for all sales and marketing efforts in the Eastern United States and also served as Vice President, National Accounts, and was responsible for maintenance and new business revenues from large multiple GPO's and IDN's. Previously, Mr. Kimball served as National Sales Manager for Progressive Technologies, a healthcare capital equipment company, and as Regional Vice President for Kinetic Concepts. Mr. Kimball's education includes a B.A. in Business Management, with a minor in Economics.

Bhushan Parekh joined CBay in June 2001 and possesses over 9 years of industry experience. At CBay, he is primarily responsible for the overall operations of CBayScribe, the division that caters to the physician group practices and large clinics. Also, he is heading the development and launch of Kyps: The unified platform that provides physicians with EMR, PMS, Billing and Transcriptions services all via one platform which is based on the breakthrough widget technology. Prior to joining CBay, Mr. Parekh was a Sr. Consultant with Arthur Andersen in their business consulting practice based out of Boston, MA and worked for some of their marquee accounts in New York, Connecticut and Seattle. Prior to joining Andersen, Mr. Parekh was a Project Manager for Tyco International in their security systems division where he managed implementations of security systems for office parks and malls. Mr. Parekh has a Masters in Engineering from University of Massachusetts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Internet Management from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.

Mr. Khare has been associated with CBay since 2000 and has 10 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. As VP, Operations, he oversees all operational functions of Vendor Management, Routing, Account Management, Client Implementation & MIS with the front end operation team. He has been instrumental in training and building the operations team in India and he has also successfully transitioned all operational processes including routing, account management and client implementations from the front end to India. Mr. Khare is based out of the US office and will continue heading CBay’s India Operations
Mr. Khare is a Post Graduate in English literature from Rewa University, India and holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India.

David Strite joined CBay in 2007 as Vice President (U.S.) Operations and brings more than 15 years of operations experience. Mr. Strite has been in the medical transcription business for over 4 years. He was previously Regional Vice President of Operations for Spheris managing nearly 100 million dollars of medical transcription business and a team of 2500 medical transcriptionist. Previously, Mr. Strite managed call center operations for some of the largest companies in the United States including Sallie Mae and Home Shopping Network. He was responsible for over 1000 call center agents as well as budgeting, reporting and forecasting. David has an undergraduate degree in Personnel Administration from Kansas University.

Kashyap has been associated with CBay since 2004 and has 15 years of extensive experience in the Finance and Accounting Management as VP, Finance, Kashyap is responsible for CBay’s US entities financial strategy and accounting operations, tax, compliance, treasury and risk management for CBay US entities.
Prior to joining CBay Systems, Kashyap was Manager Finance with Jardine Matheson in India and Concorde Motors Ltd (a Tata Company), he has vast experience in Corporate finance, accounting, US GAAP consolidations, managing mergers and acquisitions.
Kashyap is a CPA and MBA Finance and Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai India
