V. Raman Kumar
Group Chairman & CEO, CBay Inc.

Raman Kumar is Chairman of the Board and CEO of CBay Inc. Mr. Kumar possesses 20 years of experience managing public and private transnational companies in the international marketing, financial management, and investment banking industries. Prior to founding CBay, he served as Senior Vice President with the Essar Group - one of India's leading business conglomerates with interests in steel, shipping, oil and gas, and telecommunications. Mr. Kumar raised over $500 million in securitized trade financing for the Essar Group. Prior to that, he was Under Secretary for the Finance Ministry in India. Mr. Kumar holds an MA and BA with Honors in History from St. Stephen's College in New Delhi, India and attended the School of Organization and Management at Yale University.

Donald L. "Skip" Conover
Group Vice Chairman

Skip Conover is a co-Founder and Vice Chairman of CBay Inc. and possesses more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to founding CBay, Mr. Conover founded, organized and built Tiger Communications International, Ltd., an international telecommunications company. He has also held senior positions at The University of Maryland Graduate School and Schlegel Engineering K.K., based in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Conover has served on the Committee on Small Businesses for the U.S. House of Representatives and practiced law at a private firm in Rochester, New York. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat "V" for Vietnam Service. Mr. Conover retired as Lieutenant Colonel in 1991. He currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland. Mr. Conover holds a B.A. from Hamilton College, a J.D. from the State University of New York, and an M.B.A. from The Simon Graduate School of Business.

Mahidhar Reddy
Group President, CBay Inc.

Mahidhar (Mahi) Reddy is a co-founder and Group President of CBay Inc. and is currently directing the Physician Practice Receivables Management business at CBay. Prior to moving to the US, Mr. Reddy was the Managing Director of Bangalore, India-based Innovex Systems Limited, the predecessor company to CBay India. He has more than 16 years of experience in the IT sector and has been a consultant to many software companies in India. He has been involved in consulting and designing training programs for the development of the medical transcription industry in India. Mr. Reddy earned a BA from Bangalore University and post-graduate certification in computer science.

Ashutosh Bhatt
Group Finance Director

Ashutosh Bhatt is a co-founder and the Group Finance Director of CBay Inc. He possesses over 30 years of experience in finance and business management. Prior to founding CBay, Mr. Bhatt spearheaded his private firm Ashutosh Bhatt & Co. that traded iron and steel products internationally. Mr. Bhatt sold steel on behalf of major steel producers from Europe, South Korea, Ukraine, USA, Eastern Europe, and South America. ABCO's elite customer base in India included leading steel consumers. From 1991 Mr. Bhatt initiated and successfully established export of steel products for leading Indian steel mills. Also, Mr. Bhatt set up 200 acres of profitable organic horticulture farms in the state of Maharashtra, India. Mr. Bhatt has been involved in developing real estate in and around Mumbai for commercial and residential purposes. His financial network has enabled him to secure funding from international investors for various projects including CBay. Mr. Bhatt holds a Bachelor in Economics and Business Management from Sydenham College, Mumbai.
