CBay Systems Appoints Industry Veteran Christopher Foley to
President
Annapolis, Maryland (November 21, 2005) - CBay Systems,
a leading provider of healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO)
services, today announced the appointment of Christopher Foley to President.
An industry veteran, Chris brings twenty years of senior executive management
experience to the position, including three as Chief Operating Officer
with CBay.
With honed specialization in the health information management services
market, CBay's chief concentration is on process improvement and revenue
cycle management. By leveraging Internet technologies, the company's
HIPAA-compliant solutions provide integrated dictation capture, transcription
and web-based document management to hospitals, clinics and physician
groups.

Chris's experience in the healthcare space began as Vice President at
Medquist, Inc. He soon moved on to assume the role of Chief Operating
Officer at IR, Inc., a leading healthcare business process outsourcer,
where he was responsible for company operations, technology initiatives
and global market development. Prior to joining CBay, he was most recently
Chief Executive Officer of Priam, LLC, a global resource and technology
leveraged consolidator in the medical industry.
